30 minute Massage Therapy + Health Intake (16 yr & Under)
Description
This appointment is designed for new clients aged 16 years and younger who have never seen Jennifer before. PLEASE TEXT 519-317-0276 TO BOOK Your child’s first appointment will include a discussion of their health history, current concerns, activities, injuries (if applicable), and massage therapy goals. A brief assessment may also be completed based on their individual needs. Please note that this portion of the appointment may take approximately 10–20 minutes and is included as part of the treatment time. The information collected helps determine whether massage therapy is appropriate and allows for the development of a safe and effective treatment plan tailored to your child’s needs. After booking, you will receive an email containing a Health History form. Please complete this form prior to the appointment, as it helps ensure the best possible treatment experience.
